· Gemma's website, initially built on Wix without formal design experience, required a significant overhaul to align with her brand’s vision and enhance user engagement. · Our first step involved leveraging Notion for project management to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the redesign process. · Conducted a comprehensive audit to identify key issues such as consistency, mobile optimisation, broken user journeys, and ineffective call-to-action buttons. · Prioritising these findings, we implemented high-impact changes, starting with the main call-to-action and contact page. These initial updates quickly led to increased customer engagement and a more streamlined user experience.
As we continue to refine Gemma's website, our goal is to create a platform that not only reflects her commitment to holistic fitness but also supports her mission of helping others. The ongoing updates are aimed at further improving the website's functionality and integrating additional social media activities to amplify her reach.
